It focuses on enhancing pedestrian and bicycle access to several Green Line station areas through upgrades such as crosswalks, sidewalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, bicycle facilities, bus shelters, traffic-calming features, landscaping, and street furniture. The project is funded exclusively through Measure M transportation funds and requires a valid California Contractor License Class A and Class C-10, as well as a City of Inglewood business license.
