Sources Sought / RFI / Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Government is seeking information from industry regarding the Joint Human Domain Integration Training Program for the 95th CA BDE (SO) (A). Please see the attached Sources Sought / RFI and Draft PWS for full requirement details.

The Government currently intends to award this requirement as a sole-source to Obsidian Solutions Group, LLC; however, vendors are invited to respond to this notice to assist the Government in its final market research determination.

Note: Responses must explicitly address the capability requirements and security constraints listed in the attachments. All responses are due by 9:00 EDT on 29 May 2026.
