BCIT is seeking a General Contractor on behalf of Alumni Association to carry out the renovation of the existing Deli Space within SW01 into the new ‘Alumni Exchange Space’, a place for alumni to connect with fellow alumni, students and faculty. The scope includes creating a new ‘Invigilation Room’ within the Accessibility Services office to compensate for the space given up by Accessibility. The General Contractor must coordinate with owner-engaged contractors for access control, security camera technology, and audio visual technology works. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 27, 2026, with a Site Visit Confirmation Form due by May 25, 2026.
