Empire State Development is seeking proposals for the development of a cloud-based, turnkey application to support the creation, management, and submission of applications in the Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) system. The current CFA system is outdated and the new system should require minimal to no IT support to administer programs. The CFA has historically managed over 700 programs and received over 150,000 applications. The vendor will develop a system that supports all requirements and allows for easy administration by non-technical users.
