Description
This solicitation aims to provide authorized users with options to acquire Photovoltaic Systems, Photovoltaic Services, Solar VDER Subscriptions, and Solar Power Purchase Agreements. Bidders may choose to bid on any number of the four lots offered. The contracts will be multiple-award back-drop contracts allowing awarded bidders to respond to future Requests for Quotes. The solicitation includes options for purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates and forgoing payment for Environmental Value at the discretion of authorized users.
