Description
The University at Buffalo intends to procure a NYS Certified MBE firm capable of responsibly transporting concrete and stone spoils from in-house projects at North and South Campus sites to off-site locations. The awarded firm must own its own fleet of vehicles and employ staff capable of providing such services on an as-needed basis with 24 hours or less notice to respond. This procurement is pursuant to the University's discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6) and NYS Education Law 355 (5) (a) of the NYS Executive Law. NYS Prevailing Wage Law applies to this contract.
