G. M. Crisalli & Associates, Inc. is seeking bids from subcontractors and vendors for the Community Hospital Partial Damper & AHU Fire Alarm Upgrades project. The scope includes removal and replacement of old Melt Link-style fire dampers, opening walls and ceilings to remove existing dampers, installing new dampers, repairing walls and ceilings, removing and installing new fire alarm devices, third-party electrical inspection, and testing of dampers and fire alarm systems. Work will be conducted at Community Hospital on the Basement, First, Second, Sixth floors, and the POB North Mini Deck. The project must be completed within 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and is subject to New York State prevailing wage requirements.
