Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Governor's Office of General Counsel on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to procure workers' compensation defense counsel legal services for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). The selected law firms will provide a full range of legal services including consultation, mediation, and defense litigation at all appeal levels for workers' compensation claims filed against 14 Commonwealth-owned universities and the Office of the Chancellor.
