This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify and select one or more proponents to provide specialized Executive Recruiting services in the categories of Wealth, Capital Markets, and Risk. Executive Recruiting is defined as recruitment for roles at a Vice President level or higher and/or roles with annual earnings of $800,000 CAD or higher. The contract will last for 36 months starting from September 1, 2026. Awarded proponents will become primary partners for executive search mandates within these categories and are expected to have high expertise and dedication to service in Canada.
