The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking qualified contractors for the design-build construction of a Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Hangar at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District - Project Scope: - Design and construction of a nonstandard Tactical UAV Hangar - Includes covered refueling pit, fuel storage area, aircraft monitor building, monitoring canopy, aprons, taxiways, fire suppression system, utility monitoring and control systems - Site development: utilities, lighting, paving, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage - Compliance with DoD antiterrorism standards and UFC 1-200-02 criteria - Sustainability and energy efficiency measures required - Estimated Construction Value: - $5 million to $10 million, with a target budget ceiling of $8 million - Period of Performance: - 700 calendar days from contract award - Eligibility: - Open to all qualified contractors, including small businesses, HUBZone, 8(a), Woman-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Firm-fixed-price contract - Full design-build delivery (not just construction) - Must meet Department of Defense and Unified Facilities Criteria standards - Place of Performance: - Fort Huachuca, Arizona

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District, is conducting market research to identify prime contractors capable of the design and construction of a Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Hangar at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or an obligation on the part of the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice. The purpose is to identify qualified and interested firms, particularly small businesses, capable of performing the work described herein. All interested Businesses, including Small Businesses, certified HUBZONE, 8A, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Large Business contractors should respond to this survey NLT 26 June 2026 by 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
