• Construction of a Staging/Marshaling Area at Fort Hood, Texas (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District)

  • Design-bid-build construction including container loading aprons, operations building, loading docks, vehicle parking, and building information systems
  • Emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency, and compliance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria and antiterrorism standards

  • Comprehensive custodial services: cleaning, waste removal, restroom sanitation, floor care (waxing, buffing, stripping, carpet shampooing), dusting, and fixture cleaning
  • Contractor must provide all personnel, supplies, and equipment
  • Firm fixed price contract: one base year plus four 12-month option periods (up to five years)
  • Compliance with security, safety, and quality control requirements

• No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified in either project
