Description

The Ville de Montréal - Service de l'Eau intends to conclude an agreement with Biothermica Technologies inc. for the installation and operation of a regenerative thermal oxidation unit for the treatment of gases from incinerators at the Jean-R.-Marcotte wastewater treatment plant. This is a BOOT project (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) with no capital expenditure from the City. The provider will be compensated based on generated carbon credits and natural gas savings.
