This opportunity seeks a contractor to install and manage enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and network infrastructure across six warehouse facilities at Fort Hood, Texas for the U.S. Army 1st Cavalry Division. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas - OEMs Highlighted: - Cisco (Meraki MX-series firewalls, MS-series switches, MR-series Wi-Fi 6 access points) - Products Requested: - Cisco Meraki MX-series Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) with Unified Threat Management (UTM) - Cisco Meraki MS-series Layer 2/3 switches (8-port and 24-port PoE+ variants) - Cisco Meraki MR-series Wi-Fi 6 outdoor access points - OEM-provided external antennas for access points - SFP transceivers, cabling, and installation hardware - Services Requested: - Installation and deployment of Wi-Fi network (site walks, installation, commissioning, as-built documentation) - Managed Network Edge (MNE) service activation with NOC integration (WAN/edge connectivity, ISP fiber demarcation, managed firewall/router, 24x7x365 monitoring) - Radio Frequency (RF) design and coverage implementation (minimum RSSI of -65 dBm, dual-band, MU-MIMO) - Annual security review (firewall policy, IDS tuning, coverage audit) - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with DoD WLAN guidance - Cloud-based network management - Minimum RSSI of -65 dBm for interior coverage - Installation completion within 120 days post-award - Place of Performance: - Fort Hood, Texas (six warehouse facilities) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years; installation must be completed within 120 days of contract award

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to determine if you - as a prosepctive contractor - are able to perform the needs of a this potential requirment. Do not worry about submitting pre-employements documentations or submiting anything that alludes to a quote. At this time documents of that nature are not neccesary.
