The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive facility maintenance services for the 40,000 sq ft Synergy Innovation Project facility in Warner Robins, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG) and 402d Software Engineering Squadron - Contracting office: FA8579 SOFTWARE SPRT AFSC PZIM, Robins AFB, GA - Services Requested: - Full-scope facility maintenance, including supervision, management, labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and transportation - Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC/R, fire, plumbing, structural, lighting, intrusion detection, access control, pest management, grounds, and refuse systems - 24/7 operational readiness and rapid emergency response - Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation and 24/7 monitoring (UL 2050 certified) - Grounds maintenance (weekly to bi-monthly), refuse collection, and recycling - Submission of a Contractor's Safety Plan and a Quality Program Plan (QPP) - Initial inspection of all facility systems - Quarterly status reports and compliance with safety and environmental standards - Products/Services Line Items: - General maintenance support, grounds maintenance, pest management (12 months per base period) - Contractor's Safety Plan (CDRL A004) - Quality Program Plan (QPP, CDRL A001) - Initial inspection of systems - Administrative fee and data/reporting services (CDRLs A001-A004) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 24/7 facility operational readiness - UL 2050 certified IDS installation and monitoring - Compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and manufacturer standards - Small business set-aside under NAICS 561210 - Firm fixed price contract with four 12-month option periods - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments.

*This requirement is being solicited on a solesource basis to Chenega Systems, LLC in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This requirement is to provide all supervision, management, labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and transportation to perform facility maintenance services at the Synergy facility located at 100 Park Place Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
