The U.S. Forest Service, Intermountain Region, is seeking janitorial services for the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor's Office, Jackson Ranger District, and Teton Interagency Helibase in Jackson, Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Intermountain Region, Bridger-Teton National Forest - Scope of Work: - Janitorial services for three federal buildings totaling approximately 22,986 square feet - Facilities include: Supervisor's Office/Division 4 (19,042 SF), Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office (1,444 SF), and Teton Interagency Helibase (2,500 SF) - Services include: floor maintenance, carpet care, trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and stocking, window and glass cleaning, deep cleaning (e.g., stripping/waxing floors), and locker room maintenance - Cleaning frequencies vary by location and season (1-2 days per week) - Work must be performed primarily during evening and night hours to avoid disruption of government operations - Products/Services Requested: - All labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies (except government-furnished items) - Use of bio-based and biopreferred cleaning products is mandatory; compliance with environmental and safety standards required - Contract Structure: - Base period of one year, with four one-year option periods and a possible six-month extension (up to 5.5 years total) - Small business set-aside under NAICS 561720 - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to bio-based product requirements - Services must be scheduled to minimize impact on government business - Detailed cleaning schedules and quantities specified for each location and period

Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Bridger Teton National Forest, Supervisor's Office, Jackson Ranger District and Teton Interagency Helibase has a need for janitorial services. The purpose of this requirement is to secure janitorial services for the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Jackson, Wyoming. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies not listed as Government-furnished items necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings/furniture. Total square footage of areas requiring cleaning is 22,986 (divided into 3 areas/buildings (Combined SO/D4= 19,042 SF, Fire Cache/Engine 441 Office =1,444 SF, Teton Interagency Helibase = 2,500 SF), The contractor shall comply with required bio-based and biopreferred materials requirements of the solicitation.

A site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM MT. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor’s Office located on the compound at 340 N. Cache, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).
