The Government hereby releases its Request For Proposal (RFP) in Support of the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support ongoing Organic Industrial Base (OIB) modernization, operations, and maintenance requirements.�Please note that proposals are due no later than (NLT) 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) on June 22, 2026. Questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted NLT than 3:00pm CST on May 29, 2026 to the Points of Contact (POC) listed below. Any questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
