The U.S. Army at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Belvoir, is seeking contractors to replace three non-working shower stalls in Building 415 at Fort Myer, Virginia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Directorate of Public Works, Fort Myer, VA - MICC (Mission and Installation Contracting Command), Fort Belvoir - Products/Services Requested: - Demolition and disposal of three existing leaking shower stalls and cracked concrete floors in Building 415 - Installation of three new prefabricated fiberglass shower stalls (approx. 36x36x80H) or approved equal, with exit doors and/or shower curtains - All necessary plumbing work to ensure full operational functionality - Quantities and Details: - 3 prefabricated fiberglass shower stalls (or approved equal) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Use of prefabricated fiberglass stalls or approved equal - Compliance with military installation access, safety, environmental, and reporting requirements - Submittals required: schedules, safety plans, and quality control procedures - Project must be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed - Focus on small business participation, including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Work to be performed at Fort Myer, specifically Building 415, with access through Hatfield Gate and oversight by the Directorate of Public Works

Description

 The project's goal is to replace three non-functioning, leaking shower stalls in Building 415 at Fort Myer, VA. The contractor is responsible for the complete demolition of the old stalls and the installation of new prefabricated fiberglass stalls, including all necessary plumbing work to make them fully functional. The project is to be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed.
