McNeese State University is seeking qualified vendors to provide chiller inspections and preventative maintenance on Trane brand chillers located on the university campus in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The contract will initially cover a two-year period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. Payment will be made quarterly upon receipt of invoices. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on total annual bid price. A mandatory site visit is required prior to bid submission.
