Northwestern Polytechnic is seeking proposals to replace its inventory of photocopiers across four locations, primarily at the Grande Prairie campus. The current fleet includes two high-volume machines in the copy center and 38 end-user machines throughout the locations, along with numerous printers to be replaced. The successful vendor will conduct end-user assessments, replace old copiers, remove and dispose of existing units, and configure copy tracking with the Papercut system. The contract duration is 24 months starting from July 1, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding.
