Description

This solicitation is for the construction of a practice field, stormwater management system, and associated site improvements at Unity Reed High School. The work includes a detention pond, drainage infrastructure, erosion and sediment control measures, civil engineering, grading, utility coordination, demolition, and improvements of concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems. The contractor is responsible for providing equipment and furnishings unless otherwise noted. The project is managed by the Construction Department and is solicited as an Invitation for Bid (IFB).
