The City of Brentwood is seeking vendors for a comprehensive range of mapping, printing, design, scanning, and related services for fiscal years 2026/27 and 2027/28. - Government Buyer: - City of Brentwood, Finance & Information Systems Department - Products and Services Requested: - Wide variety of printed goods, including: - Business cards, brochures (multiple sizes and formats), envelopes (#9, #10, catalog), door hangers (various departments and notices), posters (multiple sizes), labels, and stickers - NCR forms (2-part, 3-part, 4-part) for various city and police department uses (e.g., violation notices, detention certificates, property disposition, emergency protective orders) - Letterhead (first and second page), solid waste service schedules, water quality reports, oversized plans, and maps printed to mylars - Binding and finishing supplies/services (comb bind, spiral bind, Chicago screws, custom tabs, clear vinyl covers, large format staples, mounting) - Scanning services (B&W and color, oversized documents, file format conversion to .TIFF, file indexing and management) - Design services for all printed materials - Shipping and delivery - Quantities are specified for most items, ranging from single units to 2,500 pieces per line item - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with the City's Environmentally Preferable Purchasing Policy (EPPP) - Printing and writing paper must contain at least 30% postconsumer recycled content if quality and price are comparable - Vendors must certify recycled content, provide records, and use paper meeting Federal Trade Commission recyclability standards - Pricing must include design fees - Additional goods and services may be requested during the contract term - Vendors must have a City business license and provide appropriate insurance - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation - The City reserves the right to use other vendors as needed

The City of Brentwood is seeking quotes for Mapping, Printing, Design, Scanning, and Related Services for the fiscal years 2026/27 and 2027/28. Questions must be submitted by May 27, 2026, and completed quotes must be emailed and received by June 3, 2026, before 5:00 p.m. PDT.
