Description
The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard intends to pursue a single source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the acquisition of (2) Invisio Link Station representing the main unit, (16) Invisio Link Dongle for operators of the system, and (2) Power Cable and (37) Power Supply Battery to enable mobility and options.
No solicitation document is available for this requirement. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be pursued with INVISIO Communications Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106.
Capability statements are due no later than 05 June 2026 by 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time. To ensure your response along with any and all attachments are received, attachment(s) must be less than 10 MB [in total]. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the government to confirm receipt prior to the offer due date and time. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
