Description

Hennepin County is soliciting proposals for emerging adult (ages 18-25) and adult (ages 26+) diversion and/or restorative services for individuals who have had contact with the County criminal legal system. The services support the Hennepin County Attorneys Office (HCAO) and aim to provide alternatives to prosecution through diversion programs that focus on accountability, treatment, and healing rather than punishment.
