Description

Prosper Portland, the economic development and redevelopment agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced real estate brokers to represent the agency in the sale of three leased real properties located at NE Cascades Parkway, Portland, OR 97220, known as Cascade Station Parcels D, E, and G. The scope includes real estate marketing and brokerage services to support the sale of these vacant leased properties targeted for future retail development. The selected broker will provide market listing services, screen prospective buyers, participate in community outreach, assist in negotiations, and act as the agency's representative during marketing and transactions.
