The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is seeking vendors to submit an Expression of Interest for an emergency Request for Proposal to provide administrative services for enrolling households and property owners/landlords from the NYCHA Emergency Housing Vouchers program into HPD's HOME-Tenant Based Rental Assistance program. The services include coordination with HPD and NYCHA, outreach and communications, customer service operations, administrative enrollment tasks, Housing Quality Standards inspections for approximately 1,700 units, and program admission coordination. The contract aims to prevent imminent eviction of vulnerable tenants and must be completed by the end of the calendar year.
