Westmoreland County is soliciting sealed bids for a Leica RTC360 with accessories for the Forensic Services Division located in Greensburg, PA. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on June 9, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. the same day. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and requires an original and two copies of the bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and the bid designation.
