Description

The City of Lakeland seeks a qualified design-build firm to modify the Economy Parking Lot at Lakeland Linder International Airport for a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The project includes design and construction of entrance modifications and supporting infrastructure for one entry lane and one exit lane, electrical, communications, and site modifications. The equipment for PARCS will be procured separately by the Airport. The project will be delivered under a lump sum pricing structure, and respondents must provide a Schedule of Values (SOV) breakdown.
