Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a vendor to provide construction services for the redesign of the entire ground floor amenity area at 4175 Lawrence Avenue East. The project includes remodeling the lobby, lounge, laundry, tenant amenity room, kitchen, and washrooms, as well as adding a new entrance. The goal is to create new programming spaces and a space for service providers.
