The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to perform office space repairs at USCG Station Boston in Massachusetts. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard (Department of Homeland Security) - USCG Station Boston, managed by USCG Base Boston - Products/Services Requested: - Installation of one commercial-grade, fire-rated office door (minimum 90-minute fire rating, steel or approved material, 36" x 84" x 1-3/4", with fire-rated hardware and panic hardware) - Removal of two 'caller' windows, including wall patching and painting to match existing walls - Painting of three offices (approx. 1,000 sq. ft.) with one coat of primer and two coats of low-VOC eggshell finish paint - All labor, materials, equipment, and disposal required for the above - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Door and hardware must comply with NFPA fire codes and be inspected/certified by the local fire marshal - Painting must use low-VOC eggshell finish - Contractor must provide certified weekly payrolls and insurance certificates - Warranty of at least one year on materials and workmanship - Work to be completed within 10 calendar days, during business hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm) - Project magnitude is under $25,000 - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation - All work to be performed at USCG Station Boston, 427 Commercial St., Boston, MA 02109-1027

Description

Contractor shall supply all work, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to install an office door, remove caller windows, and painting of office spaces at USCG Station Boston, Boston, MA 02109-1027 per the attached scope of work.
