The insurance is intended to safeguard all District properties, faculty, staff, students, visitors, and cover potential liabilities and other insurable areas within the District's operation. Providers must demonstrate the ability to insure and service the group without undue requirements on the District or its students. The District may award one or multiple contracts based on best value and the contract term is for the 2026-2027 school year with three one-year option years.
