Description

The contractor is required to provide all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization to deliver one 28-feet by 80-feet factory prefabricated substation control building with all components for the Princeton Road Station 345 kV Substation. The contractor will assemble the control building on pier foundations designed and installed by others. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams to review contract specifications and answer questions.
