The project involves a comprehensive interior renovation of approximately 86,000 gross square feet, transforming the building into a student-centric space with large active learning classrooms and administrative departments. The scope includes full renovation of mechanical and electrical systems, elevator modifications, exterior window and entry replacements, masonry restoration, roofing replacement, hazardous materials abatement, new finishes, lighting, restroom renovations, and accessibility upgrades.
