Description
The City of Torrance is seeking to establish a list of prequalified environmental consultants with expertise in preparing environmental documents in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Consultants must have experience with CEQA, relevant federal, state, regional, and local agencies, and the City of Torrance's planning documents. The scope includes preparation of CEQA documents, supporting studies, technical analyses, and peer reviews in areas such as aesthetics, noise, air quality, biological and cultural resources, geotechnical, and hydrological analysis. Consultants are responsible for their sub-consultants and must coordinate early with responsible agencies.
