Description

The San Mateo County Colleges Educational Housing Corporation is seeking a property manager to manage three properties owned by the San Mateo County Community College District and operated by the Housing Corporation. These properties include College Vista, a 44-unit apartment complex at College of San Mateo; Cañada Vista, a 60-unit apartment complex at Cañada College; and College Ridge, a 30-unit apartment complex at Skyline College. The contract is initially for 2 years with the possibility of three 1-year renewals, totaling a maximum of 5 years. The property manager will be responsible for leasing, operations, maintenance, and overall management of these properties.
