Description

The University of New Mexico (UNM), through UNM Facilities Design & Construction (FDC), is seeking qualified professional Construction Cost Estimating consultants to provide on-call estimating services for a variety of capital improvement, renovation, infrastructure, deferred maintenance, and new construction projects across the University system. The selected consultant(s) will provide independent construction cost estimating services to support project budgeting, scope validation, value analysis, and cost control throughout multiple phases of project development. An evaluation committee will evaluate proposals based on weighted criteria, and UNM reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Interviews may be conducted with top-ranked respondents, and failure to comply with instructions may result in proposals being declared non-responsive.
