Description
The City of Boise is soliciting professional engineering services primarily for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) funded airport capital improvement projects. The scope includes runway, taxiway and apron pavement rehabilitation, construction of cargo aprons, safety area improvements, airfield geometry changes, lighting upgrades, storm water improvements, roadway construction, utility infrastructure, environmental documentation, security fence and gate, Safety Risk Management facilitator services, AGIS survey services, equipment specifications, architectural design services, and other engineering services as needed. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the JAGGAER platform by June 24, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept those in the best interest of the City.
