The Jacksonville Wastewater Utility (JWU) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide municipal legal services on an as-needed basis. Services may include municipal law, sewer improvement districts, labor and employment, environmental law, litigation support, real estate and property, public finance, contract review, and other specialized legal services. Firms or individuals must be licensed to practice law in Arkansas and demonstrate experience in municipal or public-sector law. SOQs must be received by June 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
