Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting informal bids for site improvements at Laredo Animal Services South. The project includes approximately 5217 square feet of mill and overlay at the existing parking lot, 117 linear feet of CMU wall construction, and construction of a curb opening connecting the existing parking lot curb to the existing curb and gutter at the adjacent street. The site is located at 140 Ceniso Loop, at the east corner of Ceniso Loop and Sierra Vista Blvd. Bids must be hand delivered to the Public Works Service Center by the deadline and include a cashier's or certified check or bidder's bond of at least 5% of the total bid for contracts over $25,000.
