Description

The City of Torrington is soliciting sealed bids for the rental of portable toilets at various city locations. The contract term is fixed from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The procurement includes lease and rental of property or buildings, portable commercial and industrial buildings and structures, and specialized trade construction and maintenance services related to portable toilets. Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Invitation to Bid.
