Description

Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is offering Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Behavioral Health Services and Supports (BHSS) funding to support planning, start-up, implementation, operations, and non-billable components of a member-centered, recovery-oriented Clubhouse model for Transition Age Youth (TAY) for up to three years. The funding is approximately $200,000 in Year 1, $150,000 in Year 2, and $100,000 in Year 3, totaling up to $450,000, subject to County approval and available funding. The program aims to provide a safe and welcoming place for outreach, engagement, resources, groups, recovery-oriented activities, and connection to services for youth and young adults ages 16-24 at risk of mental health issues and other challenges.
