The project includes earthwork, culvert work, track work, tunnel work, traffic control, and coordination with Union Pacific Railroad and other contractors. The work is divided into three scopes: Ventura Track & Structures, Ventura Tunnel 26, and Valley Tunnel 25. The contract is a firm fixed price with a base period of 525 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, and prevailing wages apply.
