The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), funded by METRO, VCTC, CalSTA, and FRA, is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Pacific Surfliner Corridor on the Ventura County Line. The project includes earthwork, culvert work, track work, tunnel work, traffic control, and coordination with Union Pacific Railroad and other contractors. The work is divided into three scopes: Ventura Track & Structures, Ventura Tunnel 26, and Valley Tunnel 25. The contract is a firm fixed price with a base period of 525 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, and prevailing wages apply.
