Description
The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of concentrator reverse osmosis (RO) membranes at the H2Oaks brackish groundwater desalination facility. The scope includes furnishing all equipment, labor, tools, materials, and appurtenances required to complete the membrane replacement, including electrical work and SCADA interfacing if needed. The contract is structured in groups, with Group 1 covering the supply and delivery of membranes, and Groups 2 through 4 covering installation, removal and disposal of existing membranes, and start-up and performance testing, respectively.
