EPA Seeks Comment on Renewal of Regulatory Information Collection Activities

Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) titled "Consolidated Pesticide Registration Submission Portal" to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, currently approved through July 31, 2026. The ICR supports pesticide registration activities under FIFRA and FFDCA, including pesticide registration, use, sale, distribution, and permitting activities submitted electronically through the EPA's Central Data Exchange system. Public comments are invited and due by June 22, 2026.
