Description

The City of Greenville, in collaboration with Pitt Community College and local partners, is seeking proposals from licensed house relocation contractors for the House Relocation Services project. This project supports the 50-in-10 Affordable Housing Initiative aimed at building 50 affordable homes in the West Greenville area over the next 10 years. The homes will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, approximately 1300-1500 sq. ft. The successful contractor will enter into a one-year Professional Services Contract with the City. Proposals must be submitted by May 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST.
