Description

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) requires the addition of washroom facilities within Arboretum Room 101.3 at 820 51 Street, Saskatoon. This project will be executed as a Design-Build contract, where the successful respondent will be responsible for professional design services, preparation of architectural and engineered drawings, procurement, construction, and delivery of fully functional and code-compliant washrooms and a new wall assembly. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, and warranty services.
