Description

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) requires the addition of washroom facilities within Arboretum Room 101.3 at 820 51 Street, Saskatoon. This project will be executed as a Design-Build contract, where the successful respondent will be responsible for professional design services, preparation of architectural and engineered drawings, procurement, construction, and delivery of fully functional and code-compliant washrooms and a new wall assembly. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, and warranty services. The project duration is anticipated to be 12 to 14 weeks from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
