The County of Orange is seeking a vendor to provide Water Treatment Services for HVAC Systems including closed loop heating systems and cooling towers. The services include inspections, testing, certifications, water treatment, maintenance plans, cleaning, disinfection, repairs, and all required certifications as needed at locations requested by the County. The contract has an initial term of 2 years with one two-year extension available. Article 8 Prevailing Wage rates apply to this Request for Bids.
