The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is seeking a qualified firm to provide fixed income index technology that delivers accurate pricing and transparent methodologies. The solution must offer full access to top-level and constituent data, broad coverage across fixed income sectors and asset classes, and the ability to benchmark exposures and returns. It should support active portfolio positioning, comprehensive risk and performance measurement, effective reporting, and communication. The vendor must allow customization to reflect NYSIF's investment objectives and demonstrate the ability to incorporate specific bond segments, decarbonization criteria, and corporate securities with minimum issue sizes. Ongoing support, training, system testing, maintenance, and integration with third-party systems are required throughout the 5-year contract term.
