Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the NYCHA Community Center Upgrade at Bushwick Houses located at 50 Humboldt Street, Brooklyn, NY 11206. The contract term is 480 days, and all work must be performed per prevailing wages. The subcontracting trades include demolition, asbestos abatement, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and various other construction and equipment installation services.
