Description

The scope includes purchasing and replacing two Steam to Hot Water Domestic Hot Water steam coils serving North Wing Lab within Building 39, replacing all steam traps associated with this system, replacing one steam valve actuator, and adding insulation to exposed piping. The work involves isolation, removal, replacement, inspection, re-piping, testing, and warranty provisions. Bids are due by June 15, 2026, and must be submitted via email.
