Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of the boiler system at the Police Department located at 35 Main Street, Canisteo, NY. The scope of work includes locating and updating heating zones on the first and second floors, replacing circulator pumps with high efficiency models, installing new energy efficient thermostats, and furnishing and installing a new natural gas combi-boiler rated at 95% AFUE or greater. Additional work includes installing all necessary controls, gas, vents, piping, building supply and return headers, installing a natural gas hydronic unit heater in the garage, and removing existing equipment.
